I recently had a head injury that required follow up MRI scans rather urgently. Melissa was great on the phone and got me in that same day- such a relief! And as a cash patient the prices here meant I could get my MRI scans at a far more affordable price than anywhere else I tried.I heard about open mri versus the traditional tunnel mri machines which are super claustrophobic and I was excited to have a better experience.Alexis guided me through the wholeProcess and was incredibly kind and gave me heads up for how long each section would take so I could prepare myself. She was incredibly helpful to keep me calm and aware. The machine is way less loud than what I have experienced in the past and open mri makes a huge difference. I drove almost an hour to this location and I am glad I did!

I had a great experience supper clean facility.super nice front office stuff. Alexus the MRI tech she is very knowledgeable and kind person.highly recommend this place.thank you ladies.

Great overall experience.  First time having an MRI and first and foremost the patient service and care is excellent at this location.  Melissa was very friendly and organized at the front desk.  Alexis was professional, and thorough in explaining the imaging protocol and making it easier to lay still and calm throughout the needed time periods.  Additionally, this location is easy to get to; just off the freeway exit, the waiting area is clean, bright and comfortable and the wait time was short and I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time.  I drove from 45 minutes away to use this location and it was worth it.  I highly recommend this location and staff especially if it is  your first experience having an MRI.

I was not looking forward to getting an MRI one bit. But the girls in this office made it the most enjoyable experience. They are all so sweet.
