The Therapy - Coaching Room

I really have enjoyed my time working with the coaching room. Jessica is a unique therapist. She’s insightful, thoughtful, thought-provoking and empathetic. The unique side comes in with her ability to inject humor into the situation very skillfully. Even though we may be talking about something heavy, there’s a sense of perfectly timed levity as well. Highly recommended!

PERFECT THERAPIST FOR MEN (and EVERYONE!) - I had been looking for the right person for a long time to help me with some childhood trauma anxieties. I went to three other therapists that just didn't pan out. Jessica gets me, and has helped me big time to alleviate my anxiety in ways I didn't think possible. I am so grateful for her guidance in saving and improving a relationship I had been in for years...to someone whom I am now happily engaged to!
