Richard Berberian is the best of the best in elder abuse law. He is well informed, honest, informative, responsive, and professional, and he will fight for his clients' best interest. I forgot how I found him, but I am grateful that I did. Richard provided a great level of comfort to me and my family; a quality that every one should look for when hiring a lawyer. I had spoken to several lawyers prior to finding Richard, and they either were unwilling to help or claimed our case was out of their scope. I can't begin to convey how much trust and confidence I have in Berberian Ain LLP. My mother died because of the negligent behavior and attitudes of the people that were supposed to be helping her heal. California law supports the companies and not the patients or families and because of this I had two separate firms pretend to take on my case then ignore it for so long our time to file nearly ran out. Richard Berberian took our case and was honest, diligent, compassionate, knowledgeable and I could go on forever. He and his team helped my family get through this ordeal with dignity. This isn't easy. It didn't happen exactly how I wanted it to but Richard made certain we got the best possible outcome. It's so easy to become overwhelmed, emotional and irrational in this type of situation! Having a lawyer that you can actually trust and rely on will make all the difference in how your family moves forward.
