I have three kids and have been coming to this dentist for well over 12 years. Every year this location gets worse and worse. At this point I dont have a specific dentist there I just ask for whoever is available. They always over book their appointments. The wait to just get into the office is usually one hour then youll have to wait another hour to be seen for about a total time of at least two hours just for a check up. I dont understand how they can always overbooked all their appointments and the waiting room is ridiculously full. Today the waiting room spilled out to the outside hallway. People lined up along the outdoor hallways.Horrible, horrible horrible. The front desk is a rude lady that says if a kid is difficult inside then it delays all the other appointmentsthis is a absolutely ridiculous answer. Then when I tried to reschedule for a less busy time, she said all the hours are busy..so then its not the one kid inside that causes a backup. The dentists are nice - no complaints about them. However it seems the business owner is trying to squeeze in as many patients as possible at our cost just to maximize their earnings! Its also difficult to make an appointment; theres never a soon availability its always booked and usually available in 2-3 months. Such a disappointment this business has gotten this bad. Will never recommend this place ever again and people should leave this practice.

Not competent, always extra 1,5-2 hours waiting time withour reason. Staff is messed up and no one knows what they are doing. Waiting room is always full despite viruses.

We've been coming here 15+ years, total of 3 kids (patients). Sadly, it's time to leave. I finally give up! Things have changed since new ownership took over. Expect 30 - 40 min wait, expect rules & regulations like no other office, and sadly expect rude front Staff, such as Ms. Arineh to assist you. No shame in raising her voice in front of other patients. Interestingly, noticed another one star review with her name mentioned!!!
We'll miss our favorite dentist, Dr. Armenian. She is amazing at what she does!! We LOVE HER & will miss her!

I don't recommend this place. Long wait, hard to get appointments and Arine, a woman in front desk is very unprofessional, discriminates, and is very rude. This is the second time, and I am done, I won't go there anymore. The doctor is amazing, but the clinic has to make sure to train Arine, or fire her. She is horrible.
