The appointment process is cumbersome, and requires the same forms be completed in advance online and at the office before seeing the doctors. The friendliness of the staff is varied from unwelcoming to very friendly. The doctor I visited is kind but it was expensive to pay almost $500 for a consultation that lasted less than 10 minutes. When she made a recommendation to get a nerve test, she didn't mention it is invasive and includes both multiple electric shocks and needles inserted an inch or more in multiple areas of the hands and arms. My hands were swollen and bruised the following 3 days and I couldn't conduct important work functions. I have had recent unpleasant experiences with other specialists at USC Keck and I will no longer use them for my non-emergency healthcare needs.
