        I worked with Anton and Peter to get one of their certified preowned vehicles and my experience was very pleasant. I normally leave car dealerships feeling mentally exhausted but the help and treatment I received was amazing. Id like to thank the entire team over at Glendale Nissan for my making my experience a pleasant one

        From my first car I bought myself to now, Glendale Nissan has always been there for me and my family. When I was 18 I brought the Nissan Sentra I had proudly been bought from a semi shady dealership into their parking lot in a pile of smoke. Scared that I was going to have to call out of work, I went in to buy my first adult car, the team at the time was as accommodating as they could be with a teenager with no credit history and a $500 down payment budget. I ended up making it to work in a 2020 Nissan Altima. When my family needs expanded, I went back to trade in my beloved Altima for a 2018 Nissan Kicks and Andrew helped guide me through the whole process, again I drove off the lot happy. The last time I was there I went for maintenance on my Kicks, I found out that it needed 5k in repairs and unfortunately being 22 and a college student I dont have 5k on hand. Tony, my advisor, went to the Warranty I had on my car and got the majority of the costs covered huge sigh of relief and together he and the cashier who checked me out made sure I got back on the road as quickly and safely as they could. Tony was kind and patient, answering all of my questions honestly and in terms I would get. The team multiple times have made what wouldve been a nightmare at any other garage or dealership a relatively smooth and painless process. Morals of the story are, ALWAYS BUY THE WARRANTY, and that there is a reason Ive been driving a Nissan since I became old enough to drive. Thanks doesnt feel like enough but Im incredibly grateful.
