Sing Woo Kitchen

We found this place when looking for a mom and pop type Chinese restaurant. Its sort of a dive, no frills. There wasnt anyone else there when we stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon, just a repeat customer happily picking up a to-go order. Parking was easy. The man who took our order also made the food. 2 employees total. Dont expect 5 star service or fancy dinnerware. But do expect delicious, authentic Chinese food. It came out super fast and they even gave us extra rice when we took our leftovers home. We got the shrimp lo mein, ma po tofu, and hot tea. The shrimp was big and plentiful, the tea was a bit weak (let it steep longer if you want it stronger), and I highly recommend the ma po tofu. It was spicier than expected. Well be back again, but maybe just for take out. Vegetarian options: The Vegetable section isnt necessarily vegetarian. We made sure the ma po tofu didnt have meat in it before ordering. Vegetarian options include vegetable fried rice, lo mein, and some other basics like broccoli and simple tofu dishes. They have white or brown rice.

I ordered hot and sour soup which was okay not the best. I asked for soy sauce three times and they said it's in the bag I got home and it wasn't in the bag

The food at this restaurant is absolutely amazing! Every dish is bursting with flavor and made with the freshest ingredients. I can't get enough of their mouthwatering dishes.
