I love this company! My dad is on hospice care at home and hes had to move to a different house and because they work all over Southern California, they made it really easy to remove the hospital bed and oxygen tanks from his old house and set up a new bed and oxygen supplies in his new house and it wasnt an issue at all, they really streamlined the whole process. I even had to reschedule a few times due to poor planning which comes with the territory of caring for a parent on hospice and they were so nice and professional about it. I want to give a huge shout out to Robert who delivered and assembled my dads bed in Los Angeles earlier this month. You were so kind and thoughtful and you made time to stop and chat with my dad and treat him with compassion and dignity. Hospice has been really challenging for both my father and I and you really helped brighten our day! My dad was in such a good mood for the rest of the day!! Thank you!

The rudest, most unprofessional staff! I've ever encountered at and Company. The female who called me was rude, I asked to speak to her supervisor and the supervisor was stupid. Please don't waste your time at a company like this. Do you want to have a calm , smooth day!

Best Medical Supply in glendale. All of the employees are very helpful and very knowledgeable. Every time I have stopped by the office they have helped me with any questions I have and also help to take the equipment and supplies to my car. I highly recommend this supply company if youre looking to purchase or rent any type of medical equipment.

A-1 Oxygen is a Terrific Team: Im an Ambient Home Hospice Patient. When my Everflo Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC) gave up the ghost after many mos. of around-the-clock, non stop operation, I needed immediate replacement. Having received excellent service earlier from relatively newer employees Alonzo and Robert in the set up and delivery of a single hospital bed w/remote and accessory tray (after gr8 training in-house by Mike) I expected nothing less when contacting Jasmine. She supervises overall support at A-1. As a patient with three cancers and four autoimmune disorders leaving me with one-half a lung, it was crucial that I receive a replacement POC as soon as possible. Fortunately, she was able to work her magic on Cesar to alter his delivery sched for a just-in-time delivery of Oxygen, with expert setup in the process. Bravo Tis truly rare that one benefits from such wonderful collaboration, cooperation, and timely communication. Especially given the recent heavy rains, destructive winds, and disastrous fires.
