Looks like Im not alone here. Been waiting 6 months for physical therapy so I can work. Been to my doc three times and spent hours on the phone wasting my time.

Referrals to specialists took over a month to process and then two more months to get an appointment. Both specialists were out of the area. Had I known what to expect, I would have never changed from my previous medical group.

why do ppl who don't really care to deliver good, or at the least, responsible attention to health care needs work in Healthcare establishments? we requested an urgent approval for blood test and xray for my 94- year old mom with 5-day old cough and fever,..and Dr's order did not get processed on Friday, the 4th day from Dr's order). they knw they're going to be closed for the labor day monday,..hence another 3 days before my mom could go for xray n cell blood count,..Seriously?? get another job - you out people at risk like this - specially the elderly!!!

Worst of the worst. They take for ever to approve, there's no customer service, and if you are lucky enough to have someone to answer the phone, they won't give you any real response to your questions. They simply "don't know", because everything always is in hands of someone else, so they are unable to inform you about the subject of your call. NASTY company. They deserve to go broke. UPDATE 3-28-24: As if all I mentioned before wasn't enough, after almost 3 months I got approved for 2 meds that make my chemo treatment for cancer. But huge was my surprise when I went to the clinic to get my treatment, and the oncology office tells me that I have a copay of $2070 for one of the drugs and $500 for the other. And this, every 3 weeks from now on. The fact is that with my previous medical group (Regal), I paid NO COPAY ever, and have been taking the same treatment and same drugs for more than 3 years. I was moved to Preferred by LA Care because they no longer associate with Regal, not because I decided. They assigned Preferred to me. My question is, If Regal, under LA Care, gave me the drugs with cero copay for so long, why does Preferred now, under LA Care as well, charge me that huge recurring copay? The difference between Regal and these guys is huge, in any aspect you look.
