My first visit with Maria was great, she was very patient and tried her best to get my babys face the best she could, but unfortunately my baby kept putting her hands on her face, so I wanted to do a redo. I went yesterday and paid $30 just for Vanessa to say she could not get a good picture of my baby and couldnt do anything besides give me my pictures from last time. I think we should not have to pay if we cant get a good picture of our babies and obviously they arent in control of that but should definitely give a refund. Then Vanessa wanted to tell me I have placenta previa which worried me so I messaged my Dr right away and she told me at my 20 week anatomy scan my placenta was fine and they did not see placenta previa, but at my next appointment she will double check and confirm. I do not think she should be saying these things if shes not a Dr.
UPDATE i dont have placenta previa so I dont know why she would say that

I'm a first time mom, and found this great place I order to find out the gender of our baby.. I'm getting my amazing ultrasound pictures here ! Right from the start the front desk receptionist was extremely kind and attentive towards my fiancé and I. They are are really patient and great with customer service.
