She listens with the perfect amount of caring attentiveness that makes you feel safe. Provides extremely helpful and caring insight. Shes very empowering, authentic and supportive. She's helped me navigate through my worst thoughtsand understand them better and I cannot thank her enough for being the amazing person that she is, truly the crème de la crème.

Nora is phenomenal, genuine, and truly cares. I attended one of her workshops and gained so many tools and knowledge on how to better handle my relationships and daily stress. Her coping methods really work and she is always available to help in anyway she can. She made time to speak with me and listened to how I was feeling at the time. I felt comfortable and knew immediately she felt my pain and provided me with goals, guidance, and most importantly hope. Once you meet Nora, you will feel at ease and know she is going to provide the best tools needed to make yourself a better individual. I highly recommend you attend a workshop or contact Nora for any of your needs. I am so glad I did and in a much better place in doing so.

I took part in a leadership workshop with Nora as a scout leader.  Her session was very informative and interactive. I learned new ways to apply with my girls scouts team especially with kids with behavioral challenges.I loved her motivating style and highly recommend her services to everyone.  Nora is also a great motivational speaker. Looking forward to attend more workshops facilitated by Nora.

I can't say enough how grateful I am to have met Nora when I needed urgent help to deal with my trauma.I had anxiety and suffered emotionally after a terrible car accident. I didn't want to get out of the house, and didn't want to hear any sounds -that just terrified me. Nora is sincere, that is what I like about her the most!!! She is calm, listens and takes you seriously. I could open up to her instantly about my pain and it felt good. Not only does she listen, she also gave me tools to actively deal with my situation and get better with time. I appreciated that a lot because that was what I really needed.I am glad to know Nora.She is wonderful!
