I don't recommend this store if you need any adjustments made to your jewelry. Paid for three rings and needed them to be adjusted in size the stacked together. They realized that was too difficult after I paid. Now I'm ordering rings at macys.com...Didn't plant to throw away money today.

Wonderful experience. Very helpful staff. I had my bracelet repaired and Vartan, the young looking gentleman, fixed my bracelet wonderfully. Looks brand new!!! And great selection of engagement rings !!!

Do not go here. Took jewelry I inherited that I knew was high quality gold and the woman immediately insulted me saying it wasn't even gold. The older gentlemen got up and said she was wrong and to test it. She then said it was 14k gold. I told her to test for 18k and then she said 'It's not 18k'. She tested it and behold, it was 18k.Look if you don't know what you're doing, get someone who does. Don't insult your customers.They then offered an insulting amount for the pieces, not even relatively close to the value of the gold. This isn't a pawn shop. If you know what you have and that it's anything close to something worth money, don't go here.Just go down the street to any of the other jewelry stores on Brand. Look at all the other negative reviews here. There is a reason why this place sucks.
