Although I don't often write reviews, Dr. Garen Derhartunian certainly deserves one. This place treats you like a VIP from the moment you walk-in the door until you leave. Since Dr. Derhartunian first opened his Glendale clinic, I have been a patient, and I have watched it flourish because he is genuinely passionate about his work as a physician. In addition to being professional, Dr. Garen Derhartunian is also a good listener. He was never rushed, always giving you options and a clear explanation of everything you needed to know about what's going on your body. I will undoubtedly remain a patient for the rest of my life and keep recommending him to others.

I was referred to Dr Derhartunian by a family member. My initial registration was online and painless. This saved time being exposed in the waiting room. I got there on time and within five minutes they helped to complete the rest of my registration using an iPad. Another five minutes and I was taken to an exam room with the nurse checking my vitals. Not even five minutes after he was done Dr Derhartunian walked in. This was amazing. My previous doctor of over thirty years routinely kept me waiting for at least an hour each time I visited him. I appreciate the good doctor respecting his patients time. The purpose of my visit as a new patient was to have a full physical. The doctor spent quite a bit of time asking a lot of questions and answering questions. There was no rushing me or taking shortcuts. He was extremely thorough. In fact he focused on a couple of areas that my other doctors had completely missed. He ordered a few different test and also radiology. I will be seeing him once the results are in when I will provide an update to my review. As far as my first impression is concerned, Dr Derhartunian got a five star for himself, the organization, the front office, time management and the technology he uses. If I were to make any suggestions for improvement I would recommend training the person who answers the phone to say something like You have reached the Elevated Medical Group. How may I help you? When I called a couple of times to make an appointment the person just answered the phone and said NOTHING. Very awkward. I wasnt sure I called the right people.
