Never get any service from this company! They over charge, trying to show that they do the best service and best prices but it is absolutely not. No respect.... no need to get a third party for any service!

I switched from ATT to Medallion, or shall I say I ran away from ATT and Medallion rescued me. There were some billing issues with ATT, we provided the correct info to ATT, but it took them forever to process it. When I called ATT customer service, I was given the runaround and put on hold for hours.  I called up Medallion based on Yelp reviews, it has been night (ATT) and day (Medallion). Medallion is local, offers great service with competitive pricing. I have been happy with Medallion since I made the switch in summer of 2019.

Congratulations to the Medallion Telecom team for their exemplary customer service!I've known the Medallion team for several years, and I cannot say enough about this diligent, hardworking group of people. In addition to the quality product they provide, they truly care about customer service.  I've observed them to be attentive to customer needs, quick to answer calls and questions, and ALWAYS happy to help.They are genuine people, who really appreciate the customers they serve.  Rarely do you get that level of personalized service with the 'BIG' telephone and Internet service providers. This is an outstanding company to work with, if you are with a large carrier like Spectrum, AT&T or Verizon, run and run as soon as you can. I made the switch from AT&T to these folks several years ago and would never willingly go back. I have worked with all the large carriers and none can come anywhere close to the service Medallion offers. When you need help, they are local and responsive. Call, talk to humans, and get help. If you have worked with other telecom carriers, you know that's not the way it works with them.

The people a Medallion Telecom are awesome. We switched our system over from analog to VOIP and they took care of everything at a very fair price, including programming of all the phones and training. Tech support is local! No calling India and the response is immediate. No waiting on hold.
