Allstate Insurance: Merri Bagumyana

LOVE ALLSTATE! specially my agent Helen Sanchez. Thanks to her i saved over $100 compared to my Infinity full coverage because of a "bad driving record" they claimed i had (  Which was false!)  Recommend Insuring through Allstate and asking for Helen!

I have been a customer for years here and this year they wont refund me 34 dollars for a no some alarm surcharge. I called 3 times waiting fir a call back and every Kristine would say I would get a call back inna few minutes. Angelica and Helen promised me the home insurance refund but after a few weeks I'm still waiting. I don't recommend this business for your insurance needs:(

As I was referred to this location even though I don't live near by I decided to try this location and thanks to Helen that has helped me a lot & has explained everything to me I highly recommend this place to whoever needs help or has questions regarding a quote.
