The worse person that you can ever deal with is Anna. Professional liar, able only to promise but cant do anything. In my whole life I never met a person like her. Horrible, terrible and above it. Do not even deal with her because she is 0 in her knowledge.

I heard about this place from a close friend of mine and decided to stop by and see if I can get a better quote from what I have now. Needless to say I was beyond satisfied. BEST INSURANCE IN TOWN INDEED! I can't rave about this place enough! Anna is beyond wonderful! She made me feel very comfortable asked all the right questions about what I needed and wanted. I found out about B.I.T. insurance by driving around Glendale with my mom after I got my driver's license and needed DIRT cheap insurance. Everywhere I stopped into seemed a bit ghetto, had sales-y people, didn't get me good quotes, or got me quotes with insurance companies that had no reputation. Finally, we go into B.I.T. insurance (this was at their original location, 4 years ago) and I was greeted warmly by their owner, Anna H. My mom and I immediately felt comfortable and at ease having Anna taking care of us. She has a very maternal personality and she took much care with making sure we got a policy that I was pleased with (with a company with a great reputation) at a price that I could afford. More recently, I needed to change my address and called up B.I.T. to avoid phone-trees with Progressive. As soon as I said "Hi, this is Natalie..." Anna said, "Oh, I remember you, you came in with your mom...about 4 years ago." I was shocked. She proceeded to help me with my issue while catching up with me. What makes B.I.T. insurance different from other brokerage firms is that they really CARE about their customers and treat them with utmost respect and attention. I'll definitely be a life-long customer of theirs!
