One of their clients hit my brand new 2018 Hybrid Car and its been over a month since my car has been hit! I finally got a check a month and half later and it was a blank check Total Fraud Im still waiting on a call from this company to handle my car.

Trying to get a hold of the claims adjuster on the account after one of their insured hit me is virtually impossible. I had to leave at least 6 voicemails and called different offices. After I got an email with the forms to have notarized so I could get the check for the repairs. It's been 5 days and I still have not heard back. Worst customer service.

Terrible people, terrible insurance policy, I got hit by a yellow cab at the airport terminal and the driver drove away and I had to track him down to get info, their insurance claim its my fault. You are telling me that the at fault party has to try to track down the not at fault party?? And your insured driver not at fault just drove away from the scene of accident? And he refused to give a statement for a week but he was the one that at the right? Seriously? How stupid are you, Brian? Use your Brian, please. Beside, not only I have photo evidence that the driver drove away at the sight of accident, and airport securities confirming that, their agent Brian, lied to my insurance agent about not getting a statement, and raised his voice to me on the phone for no reason and cut me off multiple times during phone conversation and trying to accuse me for hitting the yellow cab. (My car was completely at a stop). It just these are just bad ppl from my limited experience with them. So yea, dont get insurance from these ppl, they are most definitely Dbag.

I have been trying to get a hold of this company for going on 2 years. No one will return a phone call. Don't insure with this company. They don't call you back.
