        Rudy Garcia is a lifesaver...maybe literally. He advised me to make a change on my insurance early in the year. He found an option that was way more affordable under the Affordable Care Act and still met my needs. A big medical situation came up for me in June and with the new insurance Rudy suggested I switch too covered nearly everything and if I hadn't switched, I may not have been able to get treated at all. The point is Rudy is a rock star. He knows his way around all the new insurance rules and plans and he keeps up to date on them as they change and reached out if there's something out there that might be better for you. He always gets back to me right away when I have a question and he always has the answer and helps me interface with the insurance companies and Covered CA. I've sent several friends to him and they were just as pleased. I can't recommend Rudy and Qandun highly enough.
