I wish I can give ZERO STARTS!!! Very rude, unprofessional and this includes Gohar (front desk). Next, don't get me started with Gohar front desk lady. Has made my father wait for blood test for over an hour each time, short response, unknowlegable and unprofessional. She didn't advice what we need to do in regards blood work. We called the office to see if they faxed to quest as we didn't receive any email, that means it was never sent. As we called the office Gohar noticed our called ID and unpurposely she quickly put us on hold for THREE TIMES!!! We tried calling with a different number as she didn't know it was us, she answered our call. There are only two knowledgeable staff.

I bring my mom here. I like this place doctors are caring the nurse's and front desk are wonderful which is very rare. Usually theres that one or 2 people that will have attitude but not this place They are all wonderful polite and caring and I love that they speak spanish. I'm very pleased with the service they provide.
