I would give zero stars if I could.  Medications weren't delivered on time.  The nurse came once a week for about five minutes.  We weren't notified of treatment options that were available and would have been better for our loved one even when we asked about them.  One of the nurses did not know how to use the suction machine.  We weren't notified of precautions to take with certain medications.  There was no coordination of services between nursing and other medical professionals involved.   All of this lead to unnecessary suffering of our loved one.  When he finally passed away, it took a nurse nearly 3 hours to show up and make the declaration. If you need hospice care, choose another agency now.

The worst.  What a waste.  Quality is the bottom of the barrel.  The only thing the nurses would do is take my blood pressure, then leave.  It was a waste of time and money, IMO.

The quality of people is very good but if you live outside their comfortable driving distance, you will get inferior service in the form of less frequent visits. This relates mainly to the visiting nurses. The Physical Therapist and Occupational Therapists do usually come three times a week. The rehab place where my husband recovered from his surgery should have hired us a more local service.

I work for an Orthopedic Surgeon in Arcadia, CA and whenever there is a need for home health services our first and only choice is Quality Care Home Health!!! :)  I love that I can call them at any time and they are ready to go, they make all the work easy and their turnaround is quick.  The whole staff is on top of their game which is exactly what is needed when dealing with patient care.  All of our patients are always happy with how fast their team sets up first contact and the services provided is phenomenal!!  So glad we came into contact with Greg and Alex, keep up the Amazing job guys! :)
