From the moment I walked in I felt very welcomed and I asked him all the questions I had and he was able to answer them all and make me feel even more ready to get started on the process of getting my perfect smile! He was very professional and took his time to make sure I was ready for the whole process. I will definitely be recommending my family and friends. Overall amazing experience!

    I used Smile Direct Club to straighten my teeth and the process was quite easy. However, afterwards it became the worst customer experience I have ever had - I had to resubmit my impression kit three times and they just kept saying it wasn't working. For the past 6 months I have just been trying to get a new set of retainers and now my teeth have moved back almost 50% of where they were in the beginning. I even went in to an in person appointment and the system didn't update to say my impressions were in and no followed up (they told me it would be 3 days and then two weeks. Finally three weeks later I called back in and have been on the phone for 30 minutes. I now have to retake the photos as if the multiple impression kits and in person scans weren't enough. Would absolute not do this again and would pay for Invisalign. update: wow, since since i wrote the first part of this review things have gotten worse...i got a text that my photos of my teeth had been received but i needed to take the next step of completing my impression kit (which i had not only done twice over the last two months but also went into a smile direct center to have the actual company make the impressions). so here i go again, i called back for maybe the 5th or 6th time to speak with someone about this the exact same issue and THIS TIME the woman on the phone's explanation for what was going wrong was that i had created two accounts with the exact same information and that the information was being split between them. but somehow on this call and none of the others had noticed this, she had fixed it. so now my starting date was may 3rd and it would be yet another two weeks from today when i would get my next steps. when i asked her how this double account happened she just kept insisting this was my fault. like why would i set up two accounts for the same thing with the exact same information. why would a computer in the year 2023 not catch this duplicate and merge them? THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. you can't speak to anyone who can actually help you, the peopleon the phone obviouslywork at a call center and have nothing to do with teeth and nor do they really care about your situation and they have no answers or authority to make any customer service type nicety (even just a slight thing like discount on trays, a free box of tray cleaners) that would make you feel better about the HOURS of time you've spent just trying to get something basic. my teeth have now moved half way back to where they were and i REGRET ever doing smile direct. i should have paid the premium for Invisalign and had the premium experience. then to end every call with this dead fish "anything else i can do to make you smile" is just so patronizing.
