No greeting upon arrival, an unwelcoming vibe here. For some reason, I was charged $15 to just get my eyebrows done (people talk about the prices being $10, maybe the prices have gone up or I was just upcharged). To top this experience, the day after my threading my skin was irritated with raised bumps (I have never had this with threading) which took a week to go away.

Ive been going here for many years now and I always come out very satisfied. All ladies are great, very friendly, outstanding customer service. Araz does my eyebrows so nice and exactly how I want each and every time. Definitely recommend.

First and last time I will ever get my eyebrows done here. I walked in at 5:50PM (called before to make sure they're open until 6:30). Not a single greeting from one worker except dirty looks. As if I walked in a minute before closing. The woman who threaded my eyebrows and face literally was going at a 100mph. leaving scabs all over. And telling me to stop moving with attitude. I actually felt like I was being abused. Like she was taking her mystery out on me. I was about to yell at her and walk out, but still kept my composure somehow and even tipped her. I've been getting my eyebrows done for over 15 years and never had an experience remotely close to this. Also, this is probably my 2nd review I've ever left on yelp which can just tell you how terrible my experience was. Absolutely never again. These reviews can't be real.
