They did a house for us in Sherman Oaks during the pandemic and did a fantastic job. They have great contacts at the city to make sure the process is seamless. They are also very responsive. Definately recommend Structural AF.

I worked with Arsen and his team at Structural AF to add 500+ sq ft to existing structure in Los Angeles. The entire process was smooth and flawless. It went much faster than I expected, other architects wanted double the price and said it would take 4-6 months for approval. Even during COVID we got full permits approved in less than 2 months. That is absolutely amazing and helped me get started on the Contruction much sooner than I anticipated. Thank you Arsen and your team!! Fantastic job and great vision with my house!!
