I would give this firm zero stars if I could. I have an EEOC case against an employer and the case is eligible for ADR. I was looking for a firm to assist me with the ADR. This firm knew about the EEOC complaint because I told them (on the intake form, via email, and via phone call.) The firm sets up an consultation 2 days later only to tell me "our firm policy is that we don't handle cases that have already been touched by the EEOC." The firm could have said that initially instead of wasting my time. I would not recommend these clowns to anyone.

My personal experience went very smoothly and the team was able to guide me through all of my hesitations and fears of fighting for my workers rights. They were able to empower me on levels I would have never imagined, and we worked together to send a strong message to a greedy companythat low-wage workers will not struggle fearfully under the heels of their power and influence.
