I usually go to the highland park one with miss brigs , and this Glendale location shows me time after time they hire just anyone whos anyone. Have been wheezing for 7 days Im in medical school keep in mind for physician assistant and I was a medical assistant for 5 years prior. And the doctor has the guts to prescribe me an emergency albuterol inhaler .. and over the counter cough medicine ? Albuterol is for EMERGENCY use. Not for when you have been wheezing for days. Im convinced they hire providers who went to school online during covid and never stepped in a hospital that had any sort of field experience. You at least give a patient with wheezing and mucus antibiotic and a steroid inhaler to help with the wheezing. Truly a joke Ive been going to the one in highland park forever and Ive never been treated this way. If you dont treat the patient when mucus is in the lungs and theyre wheezing it turns into pneumonia which I also explained happened to my mother from a cold she had from flying from overseas. No lets check for any flu, covid , etc by a swab nothing. Sent me home to go wait to get an xray paper paper approval in the mail in 3 weeks which by then Ill be in full blown pneumonia. Thanks for wasting my damn time I couldve gotten treated at the er gotten a breathing treatment and got something to clear the mucus out of my damn lungs. Not to mention I told them I had pneumonia months ago so Im fragile to getting it again specially when someone in my house had it. Must be so nice to treat people like theyre stupid and dont understand anything. 0/0 never recommend going to the Glendale location

Today is 02/6/24, My mother has been seen by Tom Deungria NP for years at this clinic. She ended up at Glendale Memorial ER last Thursday 02/01/24 due to having abdominal pain, vomiting, dizziness,etc. The PA,who saw her at ER, before discharge her, told my mom that there are 2 possible diagnosis and that her PTP(Mr. Deungria) would be the only one who can refer her to a specialist to have more tests done. My mom called this clinic but she was told Mr. Deungria will not be able to see her until March, 2024. The person over the phone gave us the option of having a phone appointment for 02/02/24 in the am with Sinaii Marie NP which my mom said yes to. This NP ordered some stool lab work so we did take stool samples to Foundation lab same day(02/02/24). On Sunday (02/04/24) my mom abdominal pain, nausea, etc came back in the early am so I took her to ER Glendale Memorial where she was seen by a DO. This DO gave her some meds that could help with pain meanwhile my mom sees a specialist within the next 24- 48 hours. This DO made a note on the discharge paper emphasizing that is crucial my moms ptp referr her to a specialist to get an Endoscopy done and get to a diagnosis to start treatment. My mom left notes on her Glendale Comprehensive Portal so Mr. Deungria or someone in that office could expedite sending the specialist authorization request to my moms medical insurance. On 02/05/24, my mom received a phone call from this clinic saying Mr Deungria has submitted a request so my mom could see her GI doctor. On 02/06/24 , my mom called the authorization department at this clinic to see if they had some news but Miss America never answered. My mom did receive a hostile phone call from a "restricted number" around 11:40am.This lady, on a high voice tone, was telling my mother that she needed to wait about a week to call this clinic for updates on her authorization and did not want to give her name she was asked. At this moment my mother is going through pain and stress by not knowing what is wrong with her health and the least a patient wants is to be getting hostile phone calls as retaliation for trying to find out the status of her authorizations. If someone from upper management at this clinic sees this, please do something in regards to my moms situation, thanks.

I do not reccomend anyone going here. Expect surprise bills.they will try to overcharge you, than ask payments for services that are already payed. Complete mess and incompetence.

This clinic is gonna kill someone. Saw doctor Umanzor about kidney pain. Tests came back clean doc said I was fine. When I reiterated Ive been in pain for weeks he told me to eat my vegetables and gave me the boot(yes actually). This was after them screwing up so bad drawing my blood that I was left with a bruise that ran up the length of my fore arm and up my bicep for an entire month - was unable to use my arm for a week after. Icing on the cake was booking a dentist appointment here only to show up on the day and be told I dont have an appointment and to come back next month. Horrific place.

I am never coming back here AND I DO NOT recommend this place to ANYONE!!!! Got lost trying to find the clinic, tried to call them to ask for help finding it and no one answered! Saw the dr and SHE asked ME what I wanted her to give me.. like what is this treatment. HORRIBLE MEDICAL CENTER
