Mrs. Ayala is a great dentist. Mrs. Ayala has been my dentist since 1997, and I like how she treats her patients. Great service and nice costume service as well.

I would think twice if I were you, before giving your information to this dentist. I called to make an appointment with the dentist and the receptionist was very unprofessional and nosy, to the point where she had no business asking personal questions like she did. She asked "What is your insurance card number? How did you get your health insurance? Are you a foreign student or did you just have a baby? Where are you from? Are you single or married? Are you going to show me your id when you get here?" Unfortunately, I was too nice and gave her my insurance over the phone before she started asking these questions, but soon I regretted it. I also told her that she is asking a lot of personal, invasive questions, that no dentist ever asked me before. I was absolutely floored by the illegality of her questions and never went for the appointment, always keeping in the back of my mind that she is looking to commit medical insurance fraud. Her name is NORMA. Best is to not go to businesses where employees appear to be into committing identity or any kind of fraud. The problem is, you almost never know that this is the case. Her questions were a big red flag to me by the end of the conversation. Also, watch on youtube videos of cashiers from active business who use skimmers to steal the customers' credit card information and create false credit cards, at the expense of the unsuspecting customer. If you can, don't let the cashier, server, retail worker, or anyone take your bank card out of your sight. You can't trust anyone. I filed a complaint with the dental board about this, but I never heard back from them. I then called another dentist's office and it took her 1 minute to make me an appointment.
