We are a restaurant in Beverly Hills, and even though we are probably the smaller of most of their clients, they have always been so responsive, super informative, and always professional with every possible tech and IT question/issue that we have had for the past 10 years. We have used their services for almost 6 years now and I can confidently say their service is top notch. Extremely fast turnaround time with any requests whether it's hardware acquisition/installation, service upgrades, VM deployment, etc. Great people to boot!
