        the price for service is much higher than in other Kia services. came by appointment. The service is very slow, my car was taken for an oil change 2 hours after I left it, instead of the stated 1 hour 30 minutes, the oil change took 3 hours. not professional. and the employee also sat on my headlight. I really don't recommend it

      • The service is simply terrible, they didnt want to help with my problem, because my Kia is not in their program, they said we dont do this and thats it. no customer focus
