Allen was/is extremely knowledgeable about all of the products, and made the buying process quick and painless. Just today, I went to go replace the wheels on my saddle stool and realized that I had made a mistake. I was able to get in touch with Allen and he so kindly helped me figure out a solution and explained to me that those parts arent easily interchangeable like the average wheeled stool. Happy to say that Ill be receiving my replacement wheels asap, and will be contacting him before making any other alterations to the merchandise . I highly recommend not only this company because of their quality equipment, but also because the staff (Allen especially) are more than willing to continue providing support well after the initial purchase!

So happy we chose to work with coopala to purchase our Spa Chairs for our new medical spa. This is my second time purchasing treatment chairs, and I'm so glad I found Allen to work with! My first experience with another company was not so great so it was very important for me to find someone local to actually see the chairs in person. Allen's showroom has everything and more on display! He is extremely patient, and was able to deliver above and beyond our expectations!
