We hired Manuel and the team at MJ's, (took a chance as it was a big project) and we had never used them before, but, happy to report they came through like champs and were a pleasure to work with. Small operation very focused and they do get busy, so plan way ahead when working with them, so timing will work out.

MJs is a great place to go for your kitchen remodel. While communication was a little challenging to start, once we exchanged emails and photos and measurements... we were off to the races. Manuel is fantastic! We talked a couple times and got an initial idea of what we wanted to do. Then he came to measure and talk a bit more so we could refine the project. Manuel provided us with renderings and a quote that was well within our budget. We are not starting our project just yet because of timing but once we say yes, I'll come back to talk about that experience. So far, MJ has been fantastic to quote us and get us started on our kitchen remodel. I recommend them with no reservations!

The owner, Bill started in the cabinet business when he graduated from high school in 1963. He is now approximately 70 years old. In this day and age you don't see very many people like Bill. He's an old school guy. Building cabinets is pretty much all he has done for almost 60 years. So, it goes without saying he's an expert on wood and that's important when you're building cabinets. He takes pride in his work. The quality and craftsmanship of work the second to none. At my business we have storage containers. The door entrance was approximately 12 inches off the ground. Bill made me five single step wooden boxes so the employees could exit the containers without having a 12-inch drop, when they walked out of the door. Those are the best wooden boxes I've ever seen, I'm sure those's box will be around a lot longer than I will. Every job Bill has done for me has been nothing but quality, just like those boxes. I don't care what kind of project Bill is working on, if it has to do with wood, he can build it better than anyone else! Also, his prices are fair and reasonable. FYI, Bill is not a big talker, he's a tinker. He can calculate all dimensions of the cabinets in his head and and then tell you how much wood you're going to need. If you don't believe me, when you go see Bill bring a calculator with you, so you can check his math!
