First time going to Jack's Tri star motors and all I can say is that this place is the best. I got in touch with Jack in such short notice and they were able to take in my car and fix it the next day. They are quick and very knowledgeable when working with Mercedes vehicles. Will definitely go back to this place!

Jack was taking parts from my mothers old mercedes wagon for his wifes same car some years ago. Cost us a lot of damage and the lack of ethics and honesty is incredibly off putting and disheartening. Would not recommend, not honest and a thief.

Jack and his team replaced my engine and transmission mounts for a very reasonable price and got it done the same day. I also had a noise complaint and they were able to figure it out in minutes and turns out the noise was something caused by a local Mercedes Dealer. Will definitely be going back to Jack's for future repairs and maintenance.
