Zero customer service ... I showed a DO IT YOURSELF PROJECT which I wanted Hindges and he is expert in his field and I am not and I asked him if he can show me some ideas to make my project work and his answer was “ well i need to go to the back and bring it “ kind of like so I have to ?is it worth it for me to go in the back? and etc ...... he was just standing there and looking at me and no Effort for any assistance Zero customer service ,,, horrible

What used to be a landmark business in Glendale gone sour. For years Chris has been taking care of all my projects. She truly stands apart from the rest of the shops in the area. But lately, John who's demeanor is so repulsive has no clue how fill Chris's shoes. He should go back to the shop and cut glass and leave the front and dealing with customers to Chris. Today, he acted up and told me he needs a deposit on my job so he can make sure I come back to pick up. How ludicrous can you get? If this is how you handle a thirty year loyal customer, how do you handel the new nonsense? A total turn off. I changed my rating to one.

I just purchased two table top coverings. The finished product is excellent. They were able to get the order cut and finished in a very timely manor. I am very pleased with my order and experience.
