I recently renewed my lease for the 6th year at Altana and had the pleasure of working with Liz the assistant manager. She was very professional and very helpful. Thank you, Liz Also, I want to give a shout out to the maintenance people super cool and Very helpful. Anytime you put a maintenance request they instantly come and take care of your issue. The building is super clean and the people are very friendly. I enjoy living here.

Tenants Beware! If you're just moving in, be sure to get on your hands and knees and crawl across the floor inspecting every plank for the slightest imperfection before signing a move-in inspection waiver, chances are theyre going to try to charge you thousands of dollars when you move out claiming you damaged them LOL. Thats precisely what this complex is trying to do with me after being a loyal tenant for over 5 years! Ill be going to small claims court to dispute these charge's (I dont know a single person who ever got their security deposit back from this place). One of those tiny cracks was directly in front of my door, and the other one in the walkway in front of my bedroom, no furniture could be placed there so Im not sure how they think I can possibly crack them by simply walking. And the third one is directly in front of the washing machine; one of the tiny corners is lifting about a millimeter so theyre claiming water damage even though they dont install a $20 drip pan under the washer to prevent moisture buildup after years of use from countless prior tenants, and opted to install cheap non-waterproof vinyl planks through the unit instead of tile in the kitchen and laundry closet, if theyre so concerned about the longevity of their flooring. I think theyre defrauding countless tenants out of their security deposit and tacking on frivolous charges on top of it to subsidize their cost of maintaining their property. large complexes like this definitely blur the boundaries of normal vs excessive wear and tear as far as possible, but this is simply egregious. If you think a few photos or quick video walkthrough is good enough to protect you from this predatory management company, think again, take DETAILED photos of everything or risk a hefty bill on move-out day.
