I went with my husband who ask me for help. Staff member told us that she couldn't help us cuz she was too busy. WTH she told us to leave and call her at 615pm. I was so upset that we left. Not a very welcoming place. Staff needs more experience in how to deal with people who ask for help. I would never never send another one away that ask for help. I was so upset n sad that she couldnt help my husband. I wish i could remember her name to warn people not to go in if she is working cuz they will turned u away when you need help. I wish i could put a star that show not a caring facility that will help u when u ask for help. This places get a WTH 🌟 for bad bad bad service.

RAN BY A BUNCH OF WANT TO BE KNOW IT ALL EX DRUG ADDICTS DONT SEND LOVED ONES HERE !! I loved this place my husband is currently there and it was helping a lot. Until this morning, my husband has a problem with pills and they decided to tell him they could take him to the Drs to get sleep meds which was a problem with my husband .... so now I feel betrayed and disappointed in this whole program that they r so quick to enable their patients. Im very bummed and upset. Also the staff tends to contradict what each other is saying ... one will tell you that only 2-3% of patients receive sleep meds and then the nurse will tell you something totally different. It’s kind of a let down. They really need to retrain some staff members or possibly get rid of a few before this place runs nicely again . Just to make this review really clear Vanessa their soon to be marriage conselor is HORRIBLE !! She is the main person that lied me to and caused a lot of issues In my marriage due to her lack of honesty along with the male Rn !
