Actually it was a water heater add on. We have a new home with a tankless water heater. Rinnai is the company. Now its a good tankless water heater I'm sure the builder got a good bulk price for all our new homes however, the builder did not get the water heaters with the built in recirculating pump. Therefore, mostly in the upstairs sinks we were wasting gallons of water waiting for hot water! And sometimes the water would be hot for a few minutes then revert back to cold. Very inefficient and frustrating. I contacted another plumbing company before Fantastic but they did not really grasp the problem or how to fix it. They said they would go and contact the Rinnai company to get their recommendation. They did not and they did not contact me any more about the problem.
So I finally contacted Rinnai and they understood the problem, offered an immediate fix and gave me 3 plumbing companies to contact and Fantastic Plumbing was my choice. They came over a couple tims to evaluate, figure out what was needed, check all the hot water lines. Then they ordered an external pump which moves the hot water when needed in a very efficient manner where needed. Too bad the builder didn't spend the extra money on the upgraded tanks they could have passed the cost along. In any case, I highly recommend Fantastic Rooter, Edguardo did a great job for us I will use the again! Service: Water heater repair

Eduardo installed a water heater, recirculation pump, and water filtration system, and we couldn't be happier! He was very responsive and his work is top notch! We have been using him for over 15 years and highly recommend him! Service: Water heater installation

Fantastic customer service! I called several times this morning before 9am - but did not leave any messages. Natalie noticed the missed calls and called me back on her own initiative! I had a kitchen faucet falling apart and I could not figure out how to fix it myself. She told me that Gerardo would stop by at 15:30 to have a look. At 15:00 she called to let me know that is would be here on time. And he was! Super friendly, super professional, he took care of my issue. The price was very fair.

I had an old PVC pipe break that connected our well to the house and after trying to fix it myself and failing, I called three companies and these guys answered the phone. They came out within a few hours and fixed the problem. The cost was reasonable and the service was great. I'll definitely call them again if I ever have another plumbing emergency.
