      image This bank is not good. The app is confusing to use, and I have only bad interactions. My mom was sent checks by BMO for my grandmothers trust. I received a check, for Christmas, with no serial number. When I visited this location, I waited for 40 minutes while the workers tried to figure out how to deposit the check. Ultimately, they said they would not take the check because of its missing serial number, and sent me home without any further information. BMO sends you checks that their tellers cannot deposit. A total waste of my time.
