I recently purchased a home with Brandon being my buyer's agent. Brandon is professional, super responsive and always willing to help. During the offering stage, he helped me to modify the offer a few times to make it strong but still to my best interest. After the offer being accepted, not only is he still responsive to all my questions about paperwork, he's also willing to accompany me to visit the house whenever I need to before the closing date, so that I can take architects and contractors to quote my remodel plan. Also, really appreciate the little gifts and balloons at the closing date, super sweet! :)
