I was charged $225 on my credit card that should have been charged $22.50 I didnt notice this charge until 10 months later when I was doing my taxes for my write offs, the owner refused to correct this error. Said its late to refund.

Unprofessional. I really wanted to support this small local mom and pop. I dropped off several pants to get hemmed (a simple job). 1 week later I came by for pickup, and they were missing 1 pair of pants. I left without paying or collecting any of my items (makes sense to keep everything together and pay all at once - basically when the entire job is done). I came back 1 week later, and they begin frantically searching for my items upon my arrival. I am berated by the owner for not taking and paying for my other items the previous week because now it is too confusing to keep track of all my items (owner says they get 600 items a day). In my mind, it was simpler to pay once for the whole thing. At checkout, they attempted to overcharge me, which I did catch. I did not talk back and I spoke calmly with straightforward solutions. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they did not mean to misplace my clothing nor overcharge me. Sadly, I do not recommend this alteration business for items you value. Below-average work as well as seen in photos: 1. crooked hem lines, 2. shoddy loose ends of threads, 3. Mismatched thread colors. You get what you pay for.

I used to go to the cleaners near 10th street but this place is so much closer to my home. I've had a few alterations done to my personal clothes and I always receive great service and quality work completed. Alexander is such a gentleman. He even helped me with measurements for a wedding at no cost. Will always support and come here forever. Services: Laundry wash & fold, Ironing, Alterations, Eco-friendly cleaning, Clothing alterations & repairs

My go to dry cleaner. He always greets with a kind word and always a positive demeanor. In addition my clothes are always pressed and cleaned very well
