Saw some reviews mentioning the manager being rude to the employees, I have also seen this on multiple visits, makes it awkward as a customer. Also, im waiting outside with another customer 30+ minutes after the store should be opened. Overall, not a well managed store.

Terribly rude store manager - he spoke rudely to his staff and the customer all in one communication. Exhibit 'a' for how to lose customers and brand reputation.

My husband and I came to this store for a return 11/17 around 4:30. The gentleman at the register was very n rude and hostile. He would not provide any guidance on the return process as the machine stated return value to be donated. He sarcastically said as he was rolling his eyes, "his store is a donation center." I mean really BB if you are going to have employees there who are hinged over a return what will Christmas look like on those returns. I will not be purchasing nor recommending this store to anyone. This employee clearly needs training.
