Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I was scammed & they did nothing to help me resove this. The teller I talked to was very rude. I am probably going to take on out all my money. If I can't get this taken care of

Relationship Manager Margarita McNamee was excellent! She is patient and very thorough! BofA kept my business solely because of her! Was very satisfied with her customer service.

Went in with mother in law with an APPOINTMENT with a notary and still had to wait 30 more minutes for a simple thing. I needed to remove myself from our joint account because I no longer wanted to help her manage her finances. Instead of this being a 10-15 minute simple fix it literally took 3 hours because they had to call in support because the system wasnt allowing them to remove me from this account. So annoying. It took the call center over an hour to answer the Notarys call to then discuss the issue and then the CS couldnt fix it either and she needed to transfer the call again. This was a HUGE annoyance for me because I had to go back to work. I know its not the notarys fault but still BOFA Should have a direct number for situations like mine instead of going thru as a regular customer. That way a customer can be in and out in no time.
