    Over a decade with this center as my local UPS and they're consistently awful. Zero actual delivery attempts and zero notices left. Can't process clear and complete printed addresses. Can't release a package to sender OR back to shipper. Won't call back despite assurances from the call center. You literally have to read some of them the information that they are staring directly at.

    4/2024 UPDATE: Welp, nothings really improved here at this location except now they handle delivery of Amazon packages and there is SERIOUSLY SOMETHING FISHY going on there. Its amazing how packages from other companies make it to my doorstep with no problem but those Amazon packages? God only knows where those packages go. They say delivery but Im right here at home outside by the mailbox and can confirm with 100% certainty that no UPS truck drove down my street and delivered anything. Absolutely no callbacks from staff in regards to missing packages and absolutely no accountability. I really hope Amazon stops using them because it seems to me that UPS has other plans for your Amazon packages than delivering them to your door. THE WORST SERVICE EVER. Truly amazed how lame this particular location is. Drivers have no idea what theyre doing. They will lose your package, run you in circles, not return calls and after all that, YOU will finally have to make a trip to their center to retrieve your package because they cannot manage to get your package on a truck & to your door. SO LAME. I had to talk to 6 different people at their 800 number until I could at least pick up my package at the center. The 5 people I spoke to prior to that could not achieve even that much. AGAIN, SO LAME. The worst delivery service Ive EVER used.
