True Community Association Management.

Horrible!! Does not get back to you and refuses to update their incorrect records. They are forcing me to pay for 3 months of Hoa services I paid for a year and a half ago. My next step with them is legal action. They are completely incompetent and lazy.

Not very responsive. It takes a lot of effort to get an email response on even the simplest inquiry. Property maintenance is lacking on some areas. The pool for example has been broken for weeks, it was supposed to have been fixed last week, still nothing. The pool looks like a swamp. Perfect breeding grounds for mosquitoes. Finally after years of complaining they changed the cleaning person. It's better now but the grill are is still not being properly maintained. There are big oil stains and the grills themselves are falling apart. Sad part is that no matter what new grills furniture is purchased, they won't last because they are not properly maintained.

True Community are responsible, efficient and caring, every phone call is returned (very Rare with management companies) I highly recommend this company.
