        Great materials Bad customer service: employees always make sure they let you know they don't like what they do , remember it's not what you do it's how you do it so please management corporate if you're reading this ? Please have a meeting about how important it is GOOD customer service for your business

        These guys are so messed up. I spoke with them several times about renting a concrete mixer, their machine was broken but was being fixed. I confirmed before I left(an hour drive) and when I arrived they told me they couldn't find a grease gun??????? There's a harbor freight 15 minutes from them. They proceeded to tell me the concrete will be fixed by Monday at 6:30. How does make any sense ? They obviously didn't want to rent any mixers. They could care less about inconveniencing a customer just that it's Saturday and they don't want to deal with a Saturday return. Don't waste your time here. They could care less about their clients
