        I've been coming to Shucks Motel frequently for over two years. I used to enjoy staying here. I'm afraid I no longer feel welcome. The proprietor seems to be going out of his way to discourage my visits. Chief among his moves is going into the room next to mine late at night and turning up the TV so it's blaring through the wall all night. Twice he has done this. Perhaps this is a sort of open letter to him, as well as an apology for what I might have done to offend him. It's just as well. The rooms are comfortable but there is better in the area for only a few dollars more. I've ended relationships, both personal and business types, before. This is just one more.
