Christian Montessori School of Gardena

I called in try to schedule a tour and the front office lady ask if is boy or girl, when I said my 4years old is a girl, she told me that they have 7 girls are in the waitlist, can't take anymore girls in. I feel this school has sexual discrimination. I have been to a lot of daycares, and this is the first time I heard this. Is this what you learn from Jesus Christ ? I wouldn't let my kids get any kind of education like this, so the other families.

My daughter just graduated from Christian Montessori School of Gardena and I have to say that she is more than ready to start kindergarten this fall! Ms. Julie has been an absolute blessing to our family ! My daughter Olivia spent a year at CMSG and in that year I have been so impressed with her progress! At only four years old my daughter can do double digit addition, can write in cursive and can name the continents! But the most important thing is how my daughters faith in Jesus Christ has grown while attending school with Ms. Julie! My daughter would come home singing new songs she learned from Pastor Danny and would tell me all about the Bible story's she learned!Ms. Julie makes sure each child is learning at their own pace and makes sure she gives each student individualized attention! As a parent it was very comforting getting picture updates throughout the day reassuring me my daughter was thriving at school. Especially the first few days, Ms. Julie made sure to ease my mind with videos of my daughter adjusting to her new class. I couldn't have asked for a better teacher for my daughter!! I would highly recommend this preschool!

Ms Julie is amazing! She is patient and very caring to all her students. She is also a prayer warrior and advocate for the kids in her school. I remember interviewing with a couple places to find the right fit for my son. I sent in an inquiry for the school that morning. And she was so quick to answer me through email to schedule our interview. I thought that was very thorough. Not only is she ensuring that they are right for for us, but also that we are right for them. It shows that she isn't just trying to fill her class to get money. It truly showed how much she cares about the harmony for the kids in her class. After the interview, we both expressed that we were both praying for the right school and fit. It's amazing how that statement is true. It's true she has a waitlist in her school, but she also prays for right kid to join her class. Since my son has joined the class, he learned so much. He can write his nickname, sing songs, hold a pencil properly, chooses to eat healthier, plays/shares with kids, and has made friends. Ms Julie and Pastor Danny are amazing! They have been so patient with rambunctious child. And he loves them so much for that. Thanks for all you do you guys!

My daughter loved this school and Ms. Julie so much that she wanted to go to school on weekends and spontaneously made "I love you" card for Ms. Julie at home! Ms. Julie is an amazing teacher. She gave my daughter individualized attention and help. For example, my daughter liked to run around wild and often time fell. She constantly reminded her to walk elegantly in a straight line. Ms. Julie sometimes sent me pictures during the day to let me know how my daughter was doing. It just made me smile to look at the pictures. Ms. Julie also provided home-made lunch using healthy ingredients, and the dishes were all different throughout a month. My daughter loved it! It saved me so much stress and trouble, and it was included in the tuition. Her Montessori method was so good. My daughter's fine motor skills improved tremendously, which I could tell from her coloring ,writing ,and cutting with scissors. Academically, my daughter learned about addition, subtraction, story telling, and a lot of words/phrases. Her progress was amazing. She also made many friends at school and talked about them with me at home. It was a lot of fun.I'm so glad I found CMSoG, and would recommend it to anyone without reservation. Pre-school and Kindergarten education at its best!

I will give 10-star ratings if it is available. When I was looking for a school, my friend recommended this school as she had an excellent experience with her kid at this school. Christian Montessori School of Gardena was such a great blessing for my family. Miss. Julie is fantastic, and Sir Danny is also kids friendly. My son Virat loves Miss Julie and loves to go to school with a smile on his face every day. He looks happier when I pick him and what else a parent needs other than a great smile on their kid's face. Miss Julie is very passionate about her profession, and she goes above and beyond for kids' needs and education. She cares about kids and families so much. Being an Indian mom, I am more worried about my kid's education and food habits, but Miss Julie took excellent care of my child, and she is a great chef, and my kid loves her food. My son is a picky eater and scared to try different foods, but Miss Julie broke that habit, and now he eats and learns about new food. For example, we tried everything to make him eat yogurt and banana, but we failed, but Miss Julie did some magic, and now he loves to eat yogurt and banana. Regarding my son's education, he has improved a lot ever since he has joined the school and explains to us what he learned in the school. This school has an excellent curriculum, and it helps kids prepare for Kinder. She is very good with academics, and she gives importance to English, Maths, Science, and Art. She understands kids' interests and encourages them to get better at them. Sir Danny is very good at reading books, playing guitar, singing songs, and reading the Bible. Miss Julie makes sure the classroom is diversified and has an equal ratio of Boys and Girls. Hope our review helps.
