If it wasnt for Laura and Desiree , I wouldnt be with ROTECH! I tried for over a year to finally receive my supplies for my CPAP! machine. It took over a year for Laura and Desiree to finally get my account and my supplies straightened out! I have never seen a business so screwed up! As far as I am concerned, ROTECH lacks CUSTOMER SERVICE and the ONLY 2 that have CUSTOMER SERVICE are the OFFICE MANAGER in Encino and the DISTRICT MANAGER in PASADENA! These two are the ONLY ONES that I have found at ROTECH that believe in CUSTOMER SERVICE! Keith Morrison

I'd give zero stars if possible. My doctor's office requested a return of equipment on 11/24/21, 11/30/21, 12/2/21, and 1/6/22. Rotech/Quest kept charging me for equipment I didn't need and didn't return most of my calls. If you're having a similar experience, I'd recommend reaching out to your health insurance company and complaining/bringing this concern of shady business practices to them.I'm calling mine right now and hopefully this works out. Good luck all with your different Rotech/Quest related issues.

Zero stars should be put here. I called to inform them that I did not need the machines they brought me two days early while still in the hospital. I explained the the delivery man Henry Espinosa told me that if I didn't need it to call in the first day to cancel, which i did today. The rude lady on the phone said "it didn't work that way." Well both nurses in my room heard Henry say the same thing. I explained that I have Covid Pneumonia and she told me that I would have to drive an hour and half both ways to their office in Gardena to drop off the machine. I've been given medical advice not to get out of bed for 10 days. These people don't care about the health of their clients. She is so rude. My next call is to the BBB and then to head of Hoag to implore them not to contract with companies that are only about gouging people.

Update: Found another vendor to supply my cpap supplies. The old provider Quest Healthcare continues with automated phone calls, after hours so I can't talk to a real person, soliciting order for supplies.
