My carpet cleaning business is located in the San Gabriel Valley of CA. In June of 2000 I made a well-researched decision and purchased a new FOX 8500D Truck Mount Steam Machine. To this day I am still using this exact same equipment for the past 20 years! Imagine that a $25K investment would still be making a daily profit and subsequently made millions of dollars over this same time. Their current staff are Joelle, Arellano, Jim & Angelina which are the same members that sold, built, outfitted & installed my machine when I originally purchased it. Organic Compounds is a Company that has a vast experience and well seasoned knowledge of the Carpet Cleaning Industry and deserve this AAA+ rating endorsement.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY A TRUCK MOUNT MACHINE FROM THESE CON ARTIST. IF YOU ARE FROM ANOTHER STATE!!!!!! I bought a machine from them and from day 1, I had problems!!! For the whole first year, EVERY week, almost everyday. I called them about this piece of crap machine. Then we agreed to take the machine to a specialist here in my own state(Idaho). They said they would pay for it to be fixed. THEY DID NOT, I WAS ON THE HOOK FOR OVER 400.00 IN PARTS AND LABOR!!!. They lied to me, the finance company(Aztec) and to the mechanic that worked on the machine and has been in business for over 25 years. The mechanic told us, that they will not do work through organic, because they don't pay there bills ! We when through 3 carburetors, all where defective. But the mechanic took the parts from 2 carbs to make one good one. I had to have a second fuel pump put on, at organics request. And they never paid me for that either. The waste water system is a JOKE!!!  I've been in the business for 35 years!!! These people are the most unprofessional LIARS, I have ever dealt with!!!!  YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, STAY AWAY FROM ORGANIC IF YOU LIVE TO FAR TO DRIVE TO THEM EVERY WEEK !!!! If I could give them a MINUS 5 stars I would !!!
