Farmers Insurance - Christy Lee

"I had a disappointing experience with farmer charity Lee insurance Company]. Despite I am not yet owning or closing on the property, they insisted on charging me for insurance. When I refused, they demanded a fee equivalent to three months' worth. When I expressed my disagreement, they abruptly terminated our relationship. I found their approach unfair and disrespectful, particularly towards Zainab, who I expected to act professionally."

Christy Lee has been my insurance agent over 20 years. I rely on her for all of my insurance needs such as home insurance, auto insurance, and life insurance. She was the person to go to when I had a few accidents in the past. She was professional in taking care of my business. She followed through and got in touch with me to see if all of my needs were met. She also recommended changes in policy from time to time to meet my insurance needs. She explained things to me in a way I could easily understand. I highly recommend Christy as your Farmers agent.

My husband and I were referred to Christy by a friend and we are so happy with her service. Our situation was a little difficult as our Cobra insurance was ending prior to our eligibility for Medicare. We had to obtain coverage for a short time for my husband and longer for myself. Christy walked us through, patiently, all of the many options and explained the pros and cons of each coverage. We never would have been able to make an educated choice without all of Christy's experience and direction. She also walked my husband through his Medicare enrollment and the many variables depending on his health and needs. We were overwhelmed with PPO, HMO, secondary insurance, and prescription coverage. We have already referred friends to Christy and they are also very satisfied with her services. I will continue to refer friends and family to Christy to navigate the world of medical insurance.
