There is a supermarket for Japanese people and a 24-hour restaurant nearby, so I think the location is pretty good. However, the water area was full of mold, there were holes in the towels, half-used disposable toiletries were left out, and the coffee maker was broken, so it wasn't very good. Also, even though I had asked for towels to be replaced, the used towels were simply collected and new towels were not placed. Due to the coronavirus, staff are not present from the evening to the morning, so when I called to confirm, I was told, ``Can I bring my towel tomorrow morning?'' I can't take a bath. Mama thought it would be a bit difficult and asked her to bring it in that day, but she just said, "Yes, yes," and handed me a towel without apologising. When I checked out, I received a general apology saying, "I'm sorry for everything," but I haven't been asked to come back.

Used in June 2023. I think it's good for long term stays. The price is also reasonable, about 60% of hotels near LAX. You can eat at the attached shopping mall, and buy miscellaneous goods and groceries at the supermarket. I also bought 24 500ml bottles of Crystal Kaiser for drinking water and some chocolates as souvenirs here. I'm happy to be able to buy it for about half the price at the LAX airport duty free shop. There were squirrels living in the plants around the hotel, which was soothing. Are the hotel staff Japanese? And he responded politely. Being able to communicate in Japanese makes me feel at ease. Access to LAX is about $20 using UBER. If you ask the front desk, they will also arrange a TAXI for you. It may also be possible to arrange Sakura rental cars. There was an advertising paper in the lobby. There is a major supermarket TARGET within a 30-minute walk, and there is a wide variety of food including Cajun and Vietnamese cuisine. I walked until it was dark, but I was relieved to be able to walk without feeling in danger.
