This company does not adequately train or supervise employees. Many are assigned cases before they even finish training- there is no required observation, overlap, or watching the supervisor before a behavioral interventionist is alone with a child. Supervisors are stretched thin and do not adequately supervise the BIs who work under them. many of these BIs show up unprepared and are not sufficiently trained to help these kids.
